I read this book a few years ago and was recently reminded of it when I read the Fifty Shades of Grey series thinking how much more I had enjoyed this one. From what I remember this is an intense psychological thriller in a BDSM setting and not what I would list as a typical romance.It was this book that first introduced me to Suzanne Forster as one of my favorite authors.
