Wow! This novel was horrifyingly outstanding. Rebekkah Barrow and Byron Montgomery spend most of their lives running, from jobs, places, each other, and from the place they both called home. Too much sex? Driven mad by too many orgasms? The more sex they had, the more they needed. It's no wonder Marc, James and Bailey fought it with everything they had... fought and lost. James was the first to fall, followed by Bailey, and then Marc. It wasn't enough that someone was out to kill Bailey or drive her out of business, or the constant worry about Officer Brown's snooping, they also had to fight the constant lust that was driving them together and driving them apart while fighting for control. If you like it really hot and you're not worried about black panthers shedding fur this is the book for you.
Mail Order Bride for Two (Badlands, #1)
This was an enjoyable quick read in the Menage genre. The back story of Clarissa Barnes's past was just enough to tie this story together. Logan and Derek were big, strong, and handsome. Clarissa was a pretty damsel in distress. When their eyes met the lust was immediate, nearly overwhelming and once they were married the sex was verry hot and explicit.
Desire, Oklahoma; I've always wondered how it all began and now I know. The men who founded it were idiots; larger than life, handsome enough to make every woman in sight swoon in lustful need, masters of all they could see and whom everyone must obey, idiots. It was a good thing they could be taught. Maggie Simms was the one who made them want to learn.
I really enjoyed reading about the firemen and the erotic toy store owner and their happy ever after. Jude was strong and sexy, Dallas and Morgan were very dominating, and the sex was very hot. The only problem was all the loose ends. I would like to know more about this town that legally allows polygamy; where are Dallas's and Morgan's reactions regarding the removal of the second anal plug without permission; where is Jude and what does she do during the gunfight... There is room for improvement but also some very good writing skills as well. I will definitely be following this author's future writings to see which way she goes.

I just love it when love wins.
My Liege of Dark Haven (Mountain Masters, #3)
I can't say enough about how much I enjoy Cherise Sinclair's books. I have been following her books for some years now and really enjoyed reading about My Liege and the reopening of his heart as he has helped so many others in the past. It is hard to read about Abby's refusal to stand up for herself even knowing that so many of us don't/won't/can't. I also enjoyed the author's insight on pain and emotional damage that can be caused by dishonesty and betrayal as well as the need and reasoning behind restitution. Showing Xavier's and Abby's feelings on punishing and accepting punishment from his/her heart's desire made everything much more personal. Of course the story is also filled with huge dominating alpha men and women and sexy submissives of all varieties. It's enough to make me seriously consider turning the heater down in the midst of winter. I will definitely be reading more of Ms. Sinclair's books.

I really enjoyed this! Jesse is a take charge person. She has gotten a divorce and is finally visiting her sister in Desire, Oklahoma after many years. After enduring years of abuse from her ex-husband who can blame her for wanting to move to a town where the men (all the men) have and enforce rules regarding how women can be treated. Especially when her best friend and business partner, Kelly needs rescuing from her abusive boyfriend.The men in Desire are hot alpha types determined to protect their women, and that goes double for Clay and Rio Erickson as far as Jesse is concerned. The sex may be hot but Jesse is not sure she can trust any man with her heart. Danger and injury clear up all misunderstandings letting love triumph in the end.
This review is a work in progress as this book is as well. I read the first six chapters and enjoyed them so much I joined the Yahoo group in order to follow the progress of the rest.

Once he arrives everything is taken, right down to the basics and every moment of Dale's time is regulated. As he interacts with the people at the Falls Chance Ranch Dale learns about trust, the importance of not hiding his problems and the necessity of depending on others.Yes, this is the story of Dale and his recovery after a horrendous breakdown. It is also so much more. There is a pirate, ghosts, and multiple spankings. There is also, what I believe, is an excellent depiction of a polyamorous family and Dominant-Disciplinary relationships. I am glad I read it and recommend it to anyone with an open mind.
Desire's Awakening
I liked the beginning of the story that told how Kaitlin and Sir Damien negotiated and entered into a contract to train and then Kaitlin would agree to be auctioned to pay for the training. After that everything becomes confusing. Sir Damien is introduced as the Trainer who is always professional, impersonal, and in control however in the actual story the only part that fits is professional. Nearly everything he does reflects his pursuit of additional income and avoiding conflict until it grows out of control.There were some good sex scenes and I like when the main characters fall in love and end up together. In this case I have to wonder how long will they last because he seems to be very superficial and she is wet no matter what.
Tempting Rever (Zorn Warriors, Book Three)
After the second book this one was totally unexpected. Rever although super sexy and trainer of Zorn's fiercest warriors, he was sensitive, in a Zorn sort of way. Rever would do anything for anyone in his family or his household and upholding the family honor was more important than anything he could personally want, or need... until Brenda. From the moment they met she was everything to him, but he couldn't have her, he was already bounded to Tina (the asshole bitch) and she was already promised to Volder. I playfully dub this book as: the Zorn soap-opera, interesting in its own way but vastly different from the previous novels. I wonder how the next will be?
Kidnapping Casey (Zorn Warriors, Book Two)
I enjoyed this book much more than the first in the series due to the added character development and the sex was much, much hotter (so important in an erotic novel). Nature was not kind when designing the Zorns. Women had physical limitations to the amount of sex each could enjoy and the men had to literally cum or die, over and over and over again; a fact that almost made them extinct. Zorn society is much different than anything on Earth and dangerous whenever passions ignite. Argernon's passions, inflamed by rescuing Casey from danger drove him to bond with her. Now he'll never let her go.
Throughout the story Casey threw some magnificent temper tantrums, useful at letting others see her distress but useless in enforcing her will, especially with Algernon. When it really mattered, when it was do or die, she left the tantrums behind and attacked with everything she had, felling her opponents just as he did.
I have to wonder how the addition and interbreeding with all those sexually creative Earth women will change the society on Zorn.
Rise of the Fallen (All the King's Men)
This is my favorite kind of series. Each book can stand alone on its own merit and reading them all in order makes them even better. Read it, and experience it. Experience Micah's pain, the guardian's worry, Samantha's empowerment, and the healing power of love. Then, at the end there is a surprise twist with the author's quirky sense of justice.As of today this book was still available as a free download for Kindle, Nook, Smashwords, and Kobo. Its too good to waste. Read it, then read the rest of them.

Wow! Just, Wow! I just finished reading THE SCARLET DAGGER and am still reeling from the intensity. Ever since Sloane left her twin brother behind during the world wide vampire attack her life has been a nightmare. It took her three years to gain the skills needed to go back into the Red Sector to find him. Only a few hours into her search Sloane is captured and changed. Life in the Red Sector and vampires are not at all what she expected. In between being tortured and assassination attempts she finds friendship and love, but they are keeping secrets and Sloane doesn't know who she can trust.Every moment is filled with intense action or the anticipation of it and I can't wait to read the rest of the series.
